Getting any IIITs even for obc need rank in top 8k in ews list or be in top 40000 in common merit list. But, your 83.25 percentile is far behind the rank required. To get into IIITs you need to get more than 96 percentile in jee mains.
So, you need to improve your score in april session. All the best
