I got 83.6% hs. where should i go Agriculture or Pharmacy .

It depends on your interest & capability. Both are the good options. If you are interested then you can go for Agriculture. It has good scope in future.

And mam what about Microbiology ? Is it better thn Agriculture or not ?

Microbiology is very new in India so about the scope tough to tell you. Now a days it is not on demand.
