I got 84 percentile in JEE MAINS. Whether I should concentrate more for MHCET Exam and get better score ( Category A , Maharashtra Domicile ) to get better college .

Yes, You need to concentrate more on CET Exam and keep a target of 98-99 percentile to get to top colleges in Maharashtra like COEP Pune, VJTI Mumbai, WCE Sangali, VIT Pune. These colleges are really good and offer more opportunities.
