I got 84.50 percentile in jan.could i get any good nit core branch or top iiit core branch ...i am sc student and i am from UP.

As per your marks, your probable general rank is approximately around 80,741-88,241 and your category rank will be approximately around 2955 - 3255. Since you belong to reserved category, you can easily get into NIT with your choice of branch. I cannot tell you about top IITs but you might get into any IIT but your chances of getting a core branch there is around 70%.
The NTA will release the official cutoff percentile within this month-April. And after that different NITs and IIITs will release their respective cutoffs for admission. So you will have to wait for now.
Based on your percentile you have chances to get admission in NIT or IIIT as you are a reserved category candidate. Getting a seat in top branches is bit difficult as it requires 90+ %ile for reserved category candidates.
