I got 87 percentile in jee and 21000 rank in srmjee can I get cse in SRM?!

If you have 87%ile you can get state engineering colleges.Do apply for state counselling.
You will not get CSE at SRM chennai,but in rest of the campus like Ramapuram,Amravati,sonipat,NCR etc.you can easily get.
