I got 89% in 12th class and got 50percentile in mains and also belong to obc,am I eligible for any college??

Your class xii board score is good but you have got very low score in JEE main . Even if you are from OBC category, you have not qualified jee. main You will not be allowed to appear for jee advanced so won't be eligible for any NIT and IIT college.

JEE MAIN qualifying percentile is 74+ for OBC category . So you can try for BE / B tech courses in University or College .  Names of Few colleges offering BE / B tech courses are given below
