i got 92 percentile and 120000 rank in open and ews rank 18000 what are the nit or iiit colleges that offer me CSE branch

With 92 percentile and an EWS rank around 18k, top NITs/IIITs for CSE are honestly very difficult. But you still have some decent options through JoSAA and especially CSAB rounds.
Possible options include:
• National Institute of Technology Manipur
• National Institute of Technology Sikkim
• National Institute of Technology Mizoram
• Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur
• Indian Institute of Information Technology Una
You may have better chances for:
• ECE
• Data Science-related branches
• Core branches in some NITs
• Newer IIITs
And if CSE is your top priority, then good private colleges or state colleges may honestly give better branch options than forcing a lower branch in an NIT.
