I got 92 percentile in mains. i am obc my rank is 25524 can i get CSE and IT in any government college whatever nit/iit/cfti etc plzz help and give me best directions

According to the rank and category you have mentioned in the question you can get CSE in any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some state level GFTIs in states like Rajasthan, Gujarat and so on. Some colleges in you can get CSE are Government Engineering College, Bikaner, RTU Kota, Bikaner Technical University and likewise.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
