I got 95.42 percentile and 51k rank from open category this in jee mains...can i get AIT pune (only on the basis of jee mains)

Yes you may get a seat if past year cut off and your JEE MAIN percentile are considered in these colleges such as
AIT - Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
International Institute of Information Technology, Pune.
Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering & Research, Nagpur.
It is advised to not just rely on cut off for previous years. It is always
good to find a seat in the renowned colleges in any counselling round
