Sorry to say but you can't get IIT. You need to score at least 200+ marks in jee main and then clear jee advance with good marks to have good rank in order to take admission in iit .
You still have chance to prepare well for jee advance.

Hii
For 96 marks in jee mains you will be having general rank around 60000-67000.
And percentile will be in range 93.5-95.5
Generally all IIITs closes before 40000 rank in crl. So you have low chances for IIITs, but you can go for GFTIs.
