i got 96 percentile in jee main 2020 im regarding obc category can i get a cse ,ece or it dept in any of the Nit or IIIT in top 15 ?

As per your percentile and category you might get ECE department in many top NITs and IIITs but getting CSE or IT seems a bit difficult because your rank is quite high as compared to the criteria for NIT to allot CS branch.
You might get other branches as well such as mechanical or civil in many NITs as well as IIITs.
