I got 96.26 percentile and secured 42032 rank in jee main 2019 in open category is there chances to get seat in any NIT or IIIT??

Do not bother .I am pretty sure that you can get into some of the NIT s and IIITs . If you belong to northeast states you have home state reservation for the nit of your state and you may get some of the branches like textile engineering , chemical engineering , msc chemistry etc. If you are willing go join core branches you should go with IIITs . By the way I suggest you to wait until the spot round since it may helps you to get a top branch in NITs even.
