i got 96.3 percentile and 10400 bc rank which better nit i can get in special rounds

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get admission in the top NITs even if you are able to get admission in any NIT even then it will be difficult for you to get a good branch. However, you can have a better chance of getting admission in newer NITs and in the north-eastern NITs therefore you should try there. Hope this helps.
