i got 19360 rank under obc category can i get nit calicut or kurukshetra for mechanical in special rounds

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into neither of the nits ( nit calicut and nit kurukshetra ) with mechanical engineering as branch .
Even in special round the closing cutoff for mechanical engineering in these nits goes maximum upto 5k to 6k rank .

From this percentile you will not get nit Calicut or kurukshetra .
Moreover there is very less chance in special round from this rank.

Your rank is fine , you can get lower bodies of Nit or IIITs of the apex in the last round of counselling or there's another special round called the Spot counselling as well where you would definitely get a branch of your choice along with Calicut or kurukshetra choice of college.
