You have scored well. But whether you will get seat in top NIT depends upon cut off NITs. Cut of depends upon number of candidates appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, availibility of seats and previous year's cut off etc.

Cut off changes every year and for getting one of the top NIT your Jee main score should be  98-99 percentile as competition is tough.

However you may try in NIT Raipur, NIT Goa etc
