i got 54.17 percentile in jee 2021. can i get a seat in any branch in spot round for NIT Srinagar (applying home state quota and girls reservation)?? also my rank is 4lakh 46 thousand eight hundred something

Hope you are doing great. It is very hard to get into NIT Srinagar with the rank you have mentioned here with all those quota too. But still you can try in spot round.
