This means that it is very unlikely that you will get admission to CSE at NIT Warangal, even with home state quota and ST reservation. However, you may have a good chance to get admission to several core branches, including MME, civil engineering and possibly chemical engineering. You might also want to consider applying to other NITs, IIITs and state level colleges for CSE or related branches.
