Admission in IIIT Bangalore is done on the basis of marks obtained in JEE Mains instead of rank obtained in JEE Mains. To give you an idea, here is previous years' cutoffs of IIIT Bangalore. For admission in integrated 5-year M.tech in CSE, the cutoff marks was 182, whereas for integrated 5-year M.tech in ECE, the cutoff marks was 170. In year 2017, the cutoff marks for integrated M.tech in CSE was 196 and for integrated M.tech in ECE was 186.
