I got 98.57 percentile in jee main score and my rank is 16392 I may get ECE in this institute or not???

Congratulations for scoring well in JEE Mains. Accorning to your rank which is 16392 you have a pretty low chance of getting a seat in IIIT Bangalore. After comparing it with last years cutoff which was 172 marka it would land you upto 11k rank to you may get it may not too. But you can try for it.
