There are around 18 seats reserved for admission in RGNUL Patiala for the candidates with Punjab Domicile. According to previous year trends the admisison based of Punjab Domicile for the general category starts around an All India rank of 900-1000 and ends around an All India rank of around 1400-1500. Considering that your rank is 1583 your chances for admission in RGNUL under the State domicile seems to be fair. You seem to be on the borderline. Hope for the best!
