I got a score of 641 in gate 2019 E.C.E(OBC catagory).Gate rank 1567.can I get communication sys or Integrated circuits&systems in top iits?

Your score isn't enough for top IITs even from OBC category.You need at least 700 score for old IITs.You can secure seats in IIT BHUBANESHWAR,IITBHU,IIT DHANBAD.To know which colleges you may get visit below mention link:
