i got a rank of 1567 gate ECE and a score of 641.Can i get iit madras MS VLSI programme?

Hello dear,
As you have scored 641 marks in gate 2019 in ECE branch, you have very less chance to get seat in IIT MADRAS in Microelectronics and VLSI Design to do M. TECH. As the previous year cutoff for general is category is 838 in Microelectronics and VLSI Design specialization .
