I got admission in du and after one year I got admission in a btech government college so I will be allowed to change the college or not

Its all upon You that if you are ready to leave the college and the fees given there and thus it is all in yours hands that if you are interested to join btech then go ahead. Nothing is there like allowed or not . You are free to choose the college you want to get enrolled and then leaving the previous one just inform the college about your admission and interest.
