I got around 400 to 450 score in civil engineering (Gen.), Can I take admission in IIT's in non-conventional streams?

Hey, admissions in IIT's and NIT's depends on cutoffs of each branch. As per 2017 cutoffs of IIT Delhi you need to score between 700-800 for Gen in civil engineering for admission. But this score changes every year and is released after the admissions are announced in these institutes. So keep looking for the release. I have provided a link below where you get a detailed view of the cutoffs.
