i got class 10- 77.86 icse board class 12- 77 isc board graduation- 58.22 bcom honours work ex- 17 months mah cet 2020- 77.86 what are my chances of converting chetna ?

Dear Aspirant,
If you want to pursue MMS from Chetana then you can directly go through Cap counseling round and get the admission on merit basis. But it also depends upon category you belong to, university. The cut off for Chetana for general category is 98 percentile.
If you want to pursue PGDM then the cut off mostly drops till 80 percentile. So at your percentile the chances are difficult

And one more thing. Through cap counselling process only mms we can get not pgdm ?

Yes through cap counseling you only get admission for MMS
For PGDM, you have to apply to that particular College through websites
