It doesn't matter whether you have passed your Physics with Grace marks or without Grace marks what matters is you have passed in it .
So you don't need to worry at all even if you have passed physics with Grace marks, you are still eligible for Neet examination provided
you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
