I got just 226 in NEET 2019. Do I stand with any chance of getting enrolled in the counselling and any chance to land up with a MBBS seat?

Don't be disappointed with your result. Yes, this score will definitely not fetch you a government MBBS or BDS seat in any medical or dental college across India but you can go for deemed universities for a medical or dental seat.
Or you can also take a drop and work really hard to get a better score next year which will fetch you a govt seat.

You are qualified for a MBBS seat but your score is very low so you will not get any government medical College in India. You can try management quota seat in self funded colleges.
