I got kiit rank 4910 and was given first round counciling program but for some personal reasons I was not able to fill the document in the required time and now I'm not given the banch preference. Will I be give second chance for counciling program in the second round?

Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you haven't filled your choices in the specified time for some personal reasons.
I don't think they allow to fill the choices again as the time for doing so had passed . You should contact the admission incharge or whichever contact number they have provided you and ask them if you can fill your choices again.
