Hello Shravani!
Yes of course!
Students who have even scored less than 100 have scored 550+ and grabbed seat in good colleges for MBBS.
It completely depends upon your dedication and approach. It is advisable to join an esteemed coaching with some better faculties. Make sure to grasp the concepts and practice as many questions you can. Make sure to clear all of your doubts so that you don't have any of them at the time of exam.
Make a strategy and avoid doing negative marking. Stay cautious with your weak subject and keep revising your strong one.
All the best!

168 is a low marks. But you can always improve next time by working hard.Nothing is impossible. You have not mentioned your category. If you are from General category then you must know that getting above 400 is not enough to get any government MBBS college. This year the cutoffs are supposed to increase more.So you don't know about next time. Thus getting above 400 should not be your target.Targeting a marks of 550+ will increase your chance of getting a government college. So work hard and be positive. Thank you.
Dear Shravani, there is nothing that doesnt happen if you try. While we cannot guarantee you a sure shot at your score for next year, all what we can guarantee is if you have a passion to suceed and combine it with concentration and hardwork, there is nothing that you cannot achieve. Stick to NCERT books and practise a lot of previous question papers.
