With an AEEE rank of 28,221 , Coimbatore core branches are competitive, but you still have realistic chances for:

• Civil Engineering  good possibility
• Chemical Engineering  possible, especially in later rounds/slab 3+

at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Coimbatore Campus.

If you have Tamil Nadu home-state eligibility, your chances improve further because of the home-state quota advantage.

For other campuses:

• Chennai Mechanical  good chance
• Chennai EEE  possible
• Bengaluru campus  comparatively easier chances for multiple core branches.

Most likely allotments at your rank would come under higher fee slabs like Slab 3 or above.
