I got Rank 5033, Can I get CS or ECE and the expected allotments to call for counselling. Is sliding possible for branch and campus.

According to previous year trends it is not possible to get CSE but you may get EE at least by the end of counselling process. You are actually at the border line of cutoff for getting EE branch. The sliding option is completely dependent upon the officials that whether they will allow it in this session or not.
