i got seat in svne......how to keep it and apply for svu in 2nd phase counselling.....explain me about second counselling

Just go to svne and submit the allotment letter and joining report... and say them that u r going to apply for second counselling and u r not willing to join till then... then go for the second counselling and if u dont get a seat u can join in svne and if u get a seat in some other college even if it is a good r bad clg ur seat would be cancelled... so try to apply only good clgs in the second counselling... if u wont get an allotment u can join in svne then
