Sorry to say but you won't get admission in EWS category in college if you don't provide the proper certificate.
They won't give you admission in ews category.
It's like if you fail to prove that you belong to OBC, SC ST by providing appropriate certificate then they treat candidate as general.
I would recommend you to go to court of your area and ask them to prepare the certificate any how. I know the jee advanced date has passed. But still keep a certificate with you it will help while Josaa counselling.
Go to the court of your area and ask them about ews certificate. Earlier they didn't have the information regarding it, but now they are making it .
