I had got 235 marks in neet 2018 I am fro m haryana . Can i get any mbbs seat in utrakhand?

I am really very sorry to say but this marks will not give you any government medical college especially if you belong to general category.
With the marks you can try for management quota seat in private medical college.
Do keep trying, don't lose hope. There is always a better next

YOU MARKS IN NEET ARE VERY LOW TO GET SEAT ON MBBS ANY WHERE IN INDIA.
AFTER THE FIRST COUNSELLING ONLY 25-30 SEATS WERE REMAINING IN TOP DEEMED UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LIKE BVP, KASTURBA,shree DEVRAJ.etc and GETTING A SEAT AFTER 2ND ROUND IN AIQ WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT AS ONLY 15% SEATS ARE THERE AND THAT TOO WITH RESERVATIONS.

Sorry but based upon your scores and the cutoff for Previous year your chances of getting a medical seat in uttrakhand is quite impossible. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in good medical colleges. You might try for management quota seats.
