I have 1200 general rank and 400 obc rank in mmmut entrance exam but I m not sellected in 1st list .will I get admission through 2nd list?

You might, as the cutoffs generally lower from the 1st counselling the 2nd time. You are advised to turn up, and also register for 3rd/any later counselling sessions the university might hold.
Also, your reservation will positively help you.
You also are requested to fill up forms of other colleges.
