I am sorry to tell you but with a low score od 134 in NEET examination, you will not be able to get a seat in MBBS. You are not at all eligible for the government colleges and it's hard to say if you're eligible for lower ranking private colleges. I think you should drop a year if you are too determined to do MBBS. All the best!
