i have 399 marks.....since the cutoff has dropped can i get surgery????

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have got 399 marks in neet  exam, you may get your desired course. The cut off even if dropped this year, getting a seat will depend on factors like total student to seat ratio, cut off, your rank, reservation etc.

Depending on your caste, reservation of no. Of seats are there. So if you only have few spcefic reservation, you will get your seat as the cut off remains normally 500 approx.

Coming to neet exam, you can get any specific specialised branch only in pg and not during ug. Ug only offers mbbs or bds whereas pg will let you choose any specific branch.
