I have count my neet 2018 marks which is 399.so can I get mbbs medical college in Kolkata.

As there is very high popularity of Kolkata medical college among the top rankers from Bengal , it is very unlikely to get admission into Kolkata Medical College with that score if you're not a resident of Bengal and have no reservation category.
