i have 46 percent in BSc and belongs to general category, can i get admission in MSc

Well, top institutes do emphasize on higher percentage compared to what you've got, but if you're really interested in pursuing MSc, you can do through distance mode, However, it's better if you can analyze why have you got low percentage in your graduation, is it because of lack of interest, focus or time management or anything else for that matter, See, in terms of more opportunities in professional life, people pursue higher studies, but one does also need to introspect if this is what he/she really wants. Or else, you can try for government jobs, although it's very competitive but, still a lot of exams like UPSC, Banks, SSC, do not ask for a specific aggregate at graduation level.
