First off all you have not mentioned your category so i assumed you as general category now it is quite impossible to say whether you would get a government seat in karnataka for bds through all india quota Or not because cutoff changes every year for every colleges

As a result i cannot predict your bds college if you were asked about mbbs college there were many chances in many a colleges for mbbs
