i have 494 mr. in neet i will not get mbbs this yr.but i want to join any course this yr. can you suggest any course ;neet score based

You have less chances to get seat in Govt colleges under state and AIQ as well. But if you want you can try for private colleges in MBBS/BDS/PARAMEDICAL & AYUSH courses.
