through neet you can avail two kind of seats only -15% aiq and 85% state quota. through aiq you can appear for all states but through state quota -only to the state you belong(domicile).

to know whether you will get admission through state quota ,i need to know you state, aiq rank and category.

but through aiq with this marks, if you are general ,then its very difficult to get a mbbs seat. so you see ,i need to know your category in this case.

but you can apply to other states for private seats

Dear aspirant, as you have not mentioned your category it's hard to tell you accurate answer, but according to your score in NEET 2019,their is the chances for you to get seat in government medical college through state quota.
