I have 579 marks in neet .Is there any scope for mbbs seat in afmc being a girl and having parents working in indian army.

As the last year cut off for both boys and girls was 551 which clearly depicts that you have good chances of getting a seat in AFMC but keep in mind that the cut off can be changes every year and generally girls cut off goes higher than boys as per history (except 2018).

The shortlisted candidates based on merit list will be called for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination to be held in the month of June / July at AFMC, Pune and I highly advise you to go through prospectus of AFMC to get more info. about additional test which will play huge role for selection.
