There is almost no chance to get a seat in NITs, IITs, DTU or NSIT.
If you are not taking a drop year then here are some good private colleges:

Your percentile is bit low and your rank is very high.As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting NITs and IIITs.
You can apply for state government colleges and some private Colleges such as SRM, VIT, BITS,Manipal,etc.
