Admission to Delhi University is either merit based or entrance based depending on the course you want to pursue. For Merit based Admissions, Delhi University releases a list of cutoff percentages for different colleges with the course and for entrance based examinations, Delhi University conducts the tests and then releases the qualifying marks for the same.
So you will have to check which courses you are eligible to with 80% in boards.
