i have 91.6 % and obc category rank 26820. Can i get NIT Trichy??

I think based upon your percentile your rank is around 1lakh and at this rank it is impossible to get NIT TRICHY .
The closing rank to get NIT TRICHY is 18000.
But you can apply for other IIITS and NITS and some private colleges and other Gftis.
