Hii

For neet counselling, you will have state quota or 85% quota to that state for which you hold domicile. Since, you have domicile of Jharkhand you will have reservations of 85% seats in college of Jharkhand only. AIQ will be applied for westbengal for you.

State quota applies only for domicile and not for address proof.
