if you are wanting to say that with the domicile of Jharkhand weather 450 + mask and get your seat and Pune by the all India 15% quota the niners so that it will be difficult job and usually scores and excess of 550 to 580 would be required to get into the premier government medical colleges of Pune availing the 15% all India quota, however if you would have in the 85% state quota and had a domicile for Pune itself then perhaps a score in excess of 480 to 520 would have made you chords easy and admission process smoother with a lower rank

For admission in other state you will have to apply for 15% AIQ seats.
Kindly go through the below given previous years NEET cutoffs-

From the above mentioned cutoffs, you must have got the marks range idea. And so you have to keep high target and score minimum 650+ in order to secure your seat in your desired college. The cutoff varies every year and so keeping that in mind you should keep your preparation level high. Scoring 450+ can fetch you seats in your home state but if you want to apply for admission in any other state, then your score should be maximum possible- atleast cross 620+ for anywhere.
