i have a domicile of WB ( completed my 12th from WB) and i am currently living in UP , i want to give my jee mains from UP . will i still be able to get admission in WB through my domicile ? does the centre state matter during admission ?

If you have the proper domicile of west bengal and you have also done your schooling from West bengal then you are absolutely eligible for the application for west bengal.

So, if you are staying in uttar pradesh then also you are applicable for the home state quota in wbjee examination.

No, the place from where you give your jee main examination doesn't affect your home State Eligibility.

This is because,

In jee main, your home state is the one from where you pass your 12th  , so as you  have  passed your class 12 from West Bengal , you will be eligible for home state quota in West Bengal , irrespective of the place from where you give your JEE main examination.

So, yes you can definitely choose Uttar Pradesh as your examination centre and you will be still eligible for West Bengal home state quota

Once the application form gets released, you can fill the jee mains application form  in online mode following  the given below steps -

----------) registration :- first of all visit the official website of jee mains i. e jeemain. nta . nic . in  then you need to register using your name, mobile number  and email id to generate your login credentials

----------) then fill your details in the application form :- you need to fill details like your personal details, parents details, your academic details .

----------) and after that you need to  go for uploading your following documents

----------) Take a printout of the confirmation page.

In ideal condition, the 4 sessions of jee main are conducted in February, march, April and May respectively . So, for tentative examination schedule for all the  four sessions of jee main 2022 is provided below :-

• 4th session - May 2022
