Hello..
I'm sorry to say but at ranks like 5,11,896 getting any government college let alone IIIT seems far fetched and out of sight.
You might like to try for VIT, SRM etc. you might get a seat there.

No, in this rank you can't get admission in any NIT, IIIT, GFTI or in any government college. You should try in some private colleges who takes admission through JEE Mains.
